Getting Ready for GlassBuild 2015 in Atlanta
We’re getting ready for one of our favorite shows of the year! Glassbuild 2015 is only 6 weeks away. That means that the booth is getting polished up, sample parts are being inventoried and prepped, brochures are being printed, travel arrangements are being made, and swag is on order.
We’re looking forward to visiting with our glass and glazing customers from all over, and of course making new ones.
This year the show is in Atlanta, GA. While it doesn’t have the glitz and energy of the Vegas Show, the ATL is one of our favorite spots to spend a little time… and we have some amazing customers in the greater Atlanta area.
If you’re going and never been to this venue, make sure you plan an extra day in the area. The Georgia Aquarium is one of the most amazing aquariums in the world. Don’t miss out on The World of Coca-Cola, the museums, a tour through CNN, etc… You can get a city pass that will get you in to all of the above and save some green.
In the mean time… we have a ton of prep work still to do… but we hope to see you there. Stop by our booth. We’d love to shake your hand.

Our Newest Machining Center
We've been busy growing... and we just haven't had time to show you one of our newest pieces of equipment to go online.
Our new Mazak CNC Machining center has been designed and custom built for us for the machining of curved extrusions and steel shapes. This multi-axis machining center, built to our specs, takes into account the complexity of curved and formed profiles so that our customers that choose to have us manufacture complete, will receive the best possible formed and fabricated product.
Shown in the picture above, we are machining a large transom extrusion for a new high-rise going up in Manhattan. The extrusion is being detailed to accept angled verticals and conical curved glass. No easy feat, but Techniform has the ability to deliver.
Techniform is dedicated to not just being the premier forming house, but being a one stop shop for fabricated parts, be it aerospace to architectural.
