We have an entire department with well trained craftsmen who specialize in joggle, both hot and cold, check and straighten, hot forming of aluminum profiles to introduce contour, angle, and compound bends, as well as hand forming and bump forming of profiles.
These experts are well versed in working with light and heavy extruded profiles. Taking heavily machined profiles and bending, tweaking, and working them into machine tolerance spars, ribs, stringers, and more.
