We have a manufacturing cell devoted to the forming of curved tent beams and large extruded profiles. We can curve a beam up to 10"x 20" up to 45' in length. We can form these with and without keder slots, and without deformation, ripples, concavity, etc. that you would get by using one of our competitors. We are also able to age these large beams here in house and will work directly with your extruder, or find one for you, on the correct recipe for your requirements. 

Manufacturing expertise and flexibility allow us to support a wide variety of materials, sizes and component systems to repeatable and consistent tolerances. 

We bend and form via a variety of methods. From stretchforming and draw forming, to rolling. We have a sheet metal shop here in house. We can shear and brake metal profiles up to 20' in length, and are proficient in curving sheet metal profiles as well as extrusion, tubes, and steel profiles.
